Terms of use
Version 2026-10-30
SocialKit turns an idea, and photos if you add them, into Instagram carousels, voiced reels and animated story reels, using AI. By using it you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Notice.
SocialKit is provided by Deepsoch AI Private Limited, trading as Deepsoch AI ("we", "us"), CIN U62011MH2025PTC449773, GSTIN 29AALCD7580N1ZQ, 1st Floor, 945, 5th Main Rd, 7th Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102.
1. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. There is no account: your projects are kept in your own browser, and you are responsible for what is made from your device.
2. It is free, and paid for by ads
SocialKit costs nothing to use. Ads are shown on the site to pay for it (see the Privacy Notice). Do not block, hide, cover or tamper with ads in a way that breaks the site, and never click ads yourself or get others to click them to inflate earnings. We may add paid features later; if we do, their prices and terms will be shown before you pay anything.
3. What you put in
- Only add photos, text and other material you have the right to use.
- If a photo shows someone else, you need their permission. Do not add photos of children.
- The cast of a story reel is drawn with the faces of the people whose photos you add, called by the names you give and given lines to say. Only add people who have agreed to appear in your story that way. This includes public figures: do not put politicians, celebrities or other real people into a story without their permission.
- If you record or upload your voice for "My own voice", it must be your own voice.
- You keep all rights in what you add. You give us permission to process it only to make what you asked for and to run the service.
4. What you make, and who owns it
As between you and us, you own the carousels, reels, story reels, images, text and audio made for you, to the extent the law allows. We claim no ownership of them. Two limits:
- Results are made by AI. They can contain mistakes, may not look exactly like you or your photo, may resemble existing material, and similar results can be made for other people, so they are not guaranteed to be unique. Check that you have the rights you need before using a result commercially.
- Voices are synthetic. Narration and character voices are generated house voices, not recordings of real people. If you choose "My own voice", the narration is a synthetic copy of the recording you gave us.
When you post results, follow the platform's rules for AI-made content (for example, Instagram's AI label), and never present them as real photos or footage of real events.
5. Memes, sound effects and music
Reels can include memes and sound effects from a licensed library, and music made for your reel. You may use them inside the reels you make here. Do not extract them and reuse or resell them on their own.
6. What you may not do
- Make or upload anything illegal, or sexual material involving minors, real or generated.
- Impersonate real people or make deceptive content of them (deepfakes), including public figures, or present AI content as real news.
- Copy anyone's voice but your own.
- Harass, threaten, defame or demean any person or group, or promote violence or hatred.
- Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or personality rights.
- Get around our safety filters, scrape or automate the service, resell access to it, or overload or disrupt it for others.
We may refuse or stop any request that breaks these rules, remove files made with it, and block access from those who break them deliberately or repeatedly.
7. Reporting content
To report content made with SocialKit that is unlawful or infringes your rights, or to raise a grievance, write to support@deepsoch.ai with the link to the content and why you are reporting it. We acknowledge complaints and act on them within the times Indian law requires.
8. Availability
SocialKit relies on AI processing and other providers that we do not fully control. We do not promise that it will always be available, fast or free of errors, or that a result will be made every time, and we may change or end features. Your projects live in your browser, so keep your own copies of anything you want to keep.
9. Our responsibility
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties beyond those these terms state, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or any loss from how you or others use the results. Our total liability to you for anything to do with SocialKit is limited to one thousand rupees. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Your responsibility
If someone makes a claim against us because of material you added or how you used a result, in breach of these terms or the law, you will cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.
11. Ending it
You can stop using SocialKit at any time and ask us to delete files made for you (see the Privacy Notice). We may suspend or end access for anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, write to us so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version date above shows the latest version; material changes are shown on the site before they apply, and using SocialKit after that means you accept them.
